LUNCH WITH THE LOCALS IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Tour description: Almost half the population of Romania live in rural areas and still share a traditional way of living that is long gone in other parts of the country. This tour is the perfect opportunity to meet local people and get to know exactly how they are and what their life is like. They may not speak your language, but they welcome you into their home and share their lunch with you. Visit their home, meet the neighbours, pick your own vegetables from the garden and taste their home-made wine.

We begin the tour in Constanta with a stroll in the old historical city and then we visit the ethnographic museum to have an introduction into Romanian traditions. Then, we drive to a small village located 45 minutes south of the city and meet the locals. After lunch and wine and some music, we make our way back to Constanta.
